Building Vault is the updated platform of what was originally released as In Conclusion PDS in 2013. For four years, we worked closely with a select group of clients to implement, track the use and enhance that system. Building Vault is the result of that effort, officially launching February 2018 under our new name.
Yes, our dedicated servers are warehoused in Dallas with customized hardware and 24/7 technicians. The data center has redundant UPS systems, generator backup, closed circuit monitoring, card key access, 24-hour guards and redundant a/c systems.

As the project owners, you set the standards for your documentation needs. Your external partners already document details, but not in a uniform, centralized system that serves you for the life of the building. We provide clients with specifications for bid purposes and suggest utilizing Building Vault training hours with all project teams prior to construction.
All of our packages come with a minimum 16 hours of training, including in-person strategy session, classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Additional training hours are options in Tier 2 and custom packages. All customers have access to our team with support inquiries.
No, not at this time. R&D is currently under way for this capability, along with a scheduling tool and energy audit module. As new features are released, current Building Vault customers will receive significant discounts on newly released modules.
